Beverly Hills, CA—Croft at Melrose Place is not even fully built yet and it’s already winning awards. etco HOMES and architect team Kevin TsaiArchitecture were recently honored with the “Under Construction” Award for this upcoming new-home community at the 48th Annual Los Angeles Architectural Awards. The award was presented during a gala luncheon hosted by the Los Angeles Business Council at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.

 

Croft is a new community of 28 two- and three-level luxury townhomes coming soon to West Hollywood. The highly anticipated residences feature one to three bedrooms and up to three and one-half baths in up to 2,762 square feet with coveted features including verandas and rooftop decks. Touted for its handsome, modern yet inviting architecture, Croft was among approximately 40 residential, retail, and commercial projects to be celebrated at the luncheon.

The annual awards ceremony and luncheon honorsarchitectural projects that realize design innovation and use architecture to contribute to society. This year’s event drew more than600 participants who enjoyed a keynote address by world-renowned architect and winner of the 2014 Pritzker Architecture Prize, Shigeru Ban.
